"First time ordering from this restaurant. Be careful when ordering, though, because you may end up not receiving items for which you paid. This may be a DoorDash issue or it may be a Wild Burger issue. I don't know. I ordered the Black Bean Burger (overall tasty but included items I didn't want so they got tossed), Tater Tots (really good with the seasoning and cheese), and a root beer (which didn't arrive with the delivery). Here's where the problem occurred: the tater tots and soda were priced separately but somehow included in the description of the burger. I paid for all three items ('cause that ain't a $25 burger) but did not receive the soda. The bot in customer service just offered a refund, even though it couldn't see past the burger as the only item. If I order from Wild Burger again, I'll make sure or order each item separately."

This may be petty, but I was also disappointed that the pickles were not the traditional Half Sours of delis. "Hi! I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent order. I called in and asked if two of my four arepas could be mixed with chicken and beef. I completely understood there might be an upcharge for that, and I also added chicharrón to one arepa. However, I was surprised to see that the total upcharge came to about $40.
I’m not sure if that amount is correct or if there may have been a misunderstanding, but it seemed much higher than I expected for those changes. If that is the standard pricing, I think it would be really helpful if those charges were clearly listed on DoorDash or communicated before the order is finalized so customers know what to expect.
I just wanted to bring this to your attention because the lack of pricing transparency was frustrating. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback."
