"I've been seeing videos about this viral Cajun Salmon meal at The Cheesecake factory, so I had to try it myself. It's a blackened Salmon with a Cajun sauce, Mashed Potatoes, and Corn. I bought the Lunch Cajun Salmon, which is cheaper than the dinner version. It was delicious and worth the hype. Flaky and seared beautifully. The flavor of the Salmon is already good, add the Cajun sauce, and it takes it up a notch. The Mashed Potatoes were also really good. Thick potatoes were used, creamy and full of flavor. I also added some Parmesan Truffle Fries because I just enjoy truffle flavored food. Garlic Aioli dip with fries is always a plus. 😋 Definitely check out this Cajun Salmon dish the next time you go to the Cheesecake Factory."
