Chicken that came was about 3x3in and too dry to cut with a metal steak knife. Note that this was off the "specialty menu". Nothing special at all! Ive been to JT in person and it was sooo much better. Only "pro" I could say is that the chips and green sauce was on point. However, ridiculous that I had to pay WAY extra to get it with my order when it's free at the restaurant while dining in. So disappointing. I got a refund and you should too if you experience this. We work too hard for our money to take the loss and move on. To-go orders from here are definitely not quality. More like left-over "whatevers". "
