"This is the type of fast food place that has a consistent bitterness among every fried food, but sometimes that's okay. I wouldn't buy this often but they do offer plenty of different things you couldn't get all together at any other joint. "I moved to Salt Lake less than a month ago. I don't usually eat out, but when I do, it will be Mr. Charlie's Chicken. Had a try, and I am hooked!! I don't eat a lot of meat, but when I do, it's chicken. These chicken fingers were expertly fried, beautifully seasoned and crispy but still juicy! The ranch, pretty positive is house made; I could drink it. Fries were good too, but I only ate about 5 because the chicken tender portions are HUGE...I ate less than 3 and was full. "Carne Asada Fries burrito is delicious and a great bang for yr buck - it's giant! One burrito is 2 meals for me - Not too greasy, superb quality steak, cooked so t's not overdone or tough at all - and very good quality soft tortilla bread that tastes like home made from scratch.
