"Consistently, both the Solon and Aurora locations within the past year and in my experience has been hit or miss. Mostly miss, when ordering online. Besides being incorrect, my orders arrive usually like this: burritos are mostly rice, lacking chicken especially when ordering double, the guac portion is usually good, and the overall taste is best described as lackluster, due to the high volume of rice. A good balance of all ingredients, but less, tastes a whole lot better than a large portion that is mostly rice. I imagine this is done to cut ingredients cost (or save money) with online orders, since it is less likely a customer will say something versus when buying in person.
Buying in person is a safe bet since the customer may observe the preparation of their order. "

"My weekend plans were derailed by a positive COVID test, but this place came through with great food when I couldn't go anywhere! Portion size was very generous, flavor was exceptional but I've gone to eat at this place before so I'm not surprised. And while I get it's getting tough economically, I feel like they took one chicken breast and split it between my Philly and the potato bowl. The 3 meals I got for my family cost nearly $70 and I feel like they barely gave me $10 worth of food. 2 potatos, a chicken breast, a quarter bag of the shrimp from Walmart that cost $6 and 10 wings which if you catch them on sale at giant eagle for 1.99 a pound it cost you $4.
Look, I'm not trying to be negative, just do better. An extra squeeze of sauce on my wings a half a breast more etc..... I want to be a loyal customer but give your customers a little more value!!!!"
