"The medium spicy Shrimp Tempura was deliciously spicy. Wish they offered a mixed flavor option so we can have spicy and less spicy options to share. I like how they even offered spice levels for the tempura, great flavor, and they are definitely generous with the spice. The teas were also very delicious and refreshing. Not bitter at all and the sweetness was perfectly balanced. I will definitely order from Tapioca Express again. The tempura is addictive. If they offered spicy popcorn shrimp, I'd be ordering every week."

"OMG the Potato Original rice hotdog was so delicious and just perfectly golden. I also ordered the Crunch Cereal Original hot dog as well, out of curiosity and GOSH IT WAS DELICIOUS. So incredibly crunchy, seriously. They are 100% worth their price!!! I was initially going to eat one and save the other for dinner, but ended up unable to resist and ate them both. "Extremely disappointed and disgusted with my recent order from here.First, the Korean corn dog was served completely raw and undercooked in the center. The layer of mochi dough surrounding the hot dog was a wet, pasty, gooey mess. Serving raw dough wrapped around meat is a food safety hazard.Second, the quality of the rest of the order was a total joke. The cookie butter item was missing core ingredients entirely—it didn't even come with the cream topping shown in the photos and tasted completely wrong no cookie butter flavor. The winter melon drink was heavily watered down, sour, and undrinkable . To top it off, they didn't even use the signature branded cans they advertise, just a generic cup. It look nothing like the photos and that alone was a discrepancy. Customer service was good they called and chatted to see if I wanted different mochi donuts cause the three that I asked for was sold out, but I can say that besides that either it was a rush job or maybe it's training but half of the order was completely wrong. For the price that you pay, they should provide quality food and drinks."

"Based off the name of the dish I was expecting more flavor and spicy and similar taste to Vidal noodles. I also thought the chicken was going to be fried not sauted, I read the ingredients and was hoping that it would be spicy like the buldak noodles but it was very bland. I wished they offered spice levels and made the flavor similar to buldak spicy noodles, it felt misleading and the chicken to rice cake portion was very drastic. I had about 5 rice cakes in my dish and just a ton of chicken and very little sauce. For the price it was kind of disappointing."

"Mom and I love the way they cook the Arroz Caldo. Their Pan de Sal is perfectly done. Their Bulalo is delicious; priced low actually. When you pour the container into a pot, you'll see how much they give you. Quite a lot; enough for more than two people. I like their Siopao too. "ilocos empanada is very oily. it costs $7.99 at the store. i have been buying the ilocos empanada almost everyday, four pieces at a time and air fry them at home.
I noticed the empanadas are not same sizes. some are smaller than the others.
I buy both sisig and longanisa empanada.
The empanadas I noticed are getting smaller and smaller for the store to profit more as the customers are getting crazy about their empanadas.
I don't taste any difference between the sisig and longanisa empanadas. the meat colors are the same.
So l googled and watch on YOUTUBE how the longanisa empanadas are made. And there you go!
JNC Pinoy longanisa empanadas do not have the red color of longanisa and doesn't taste like longanisa in it. the filling looks like gound pork on both sisig and longanisa empanadas.
They are cheating the customers who are not familiar with the taste of longanisa. i don't really care much about the sisig empanada. it taste like ground pork.
i am writing this review for the customers paying $7.95 a piece and not getting the authentic longanisa filling in their ilocos empanada. the empanadas are by getting smaller and the fillings are less.
