this is a carnitas place. I did not get carnitas, I got Pozole Michoacano / Michoacan Pozole and Menudo. I only eat Menudo from very specific places because my grandma from Michoacan, always spoiled us with the best menudo, so I often end up dissapointed. In my opinion, both the pozole and the menudo were extremely greasy and the menudo flavor just did not meet expectations.
with that said, everything was packaged very nicely with all the fixings needed to have a delicious Mexican Sunday breakfast so I am sure if you like Carnitas, this place might be a winner. Just dont get the pozole or menudo."

Tortilla is fresh and toasted to perfection, they use actual diced potatoes that melt in your mouth with so much flavor and without being greasy at all, the steak is seasoned well and has a nice sear to it, they use high quality Mexican cheese that stays melted 30 minutes after it leaves the restaurant, they also use real Mexican sour cream with the perfect amount. To top it all off all 3 of there hot sauces are perfect and the best ive had. You are missing out big time if you havent tried this place "
