My biggest gripe about Bob Evan's though is not being about to customize anything or take any ingredients off on anything. It keeps me from ordering there a lot of times. For instance, I would have enjoyed this sandwich a lot more if I could take off the caramelized onions. A few on there would have been great, however, they are extremely heavy handed with anything that comes with onions, and this was no exception.
