"This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with McDonald’s. My DoorDash driver had to wait almost 50 minutes for my order, and after all that waiting, this is what I received. Where was the top bun of my burger? Is this seriously what you call a burger? I also ordered a Coke but was given a completely different drink. The other burger was even worse—the bun was smashed, looked disgusting, and had a bad smell coming from it. The fries were cold, hard, and tasted stale. I paid $21 for this meal and couldn’t even enjoy it because the food was in such poor condition. I understand that delays can happen, but the least you can do is check the order and make sure the food is fresh, complete, and properly prepared before handing it to the delivery driver. Serving food like this is completely unacceptable, and I truly feel like I wasted my money."

I have paid double the price for much lower quality boba tea from other restaurants. Joy Full House's menu is a little cheaper when you order in person or by calling in pick-up orders.
These drinks are a few ounces smaller than other places. The milk teas I've had from Joy Full House use a syrup for the brown sugar tapioca pearls that is much sweeter than other TIGER MILK TEA and Brown Sugar Fresh Milk sellers. The contrast between that flavor and the milk base is what I like best. Joy Full House is my #1 go to for boba teas."

Completely new ownership and a massive dip in quality. We've ordered here three times now and each time (except this recent time today) we've ordered extra shrimp for the St. Louis fried rice and extra chicken for the Pad See Eew. When we would receive our order my fiancé would find only two shrimps in her fried rice and I would receive maybe a single extra chicken slice. We know this because tonight we decided to order without the extra shrimp and chicken and we received the same amount as if we were to order with the extra shrimp and chicken.
The quality of the food has dipped significantly. I can't give the Thai Kitchen (Bangkok Cafe) any issues with consistency, because it's been consistently below average.
An order of below average Pad See Eew and St. Louis fried rice will cost you $20 each. This cost almost $50 after tax, which I could have gone to a different thai joint and paid 12 dollars for double the food and triple the flavor.
Incredibly disappointed by this restaurant. I'd be confident to say buying extra of anything is a scam from this place. Don't buy any extra it's a waste of money.
