Completely new ownership and a massive dip in quality. We've ordered here three times now and each time (except this recent time today) we've ordered extra shrimp for the St. Louis fried rice and extra chicken for the Pad See Eew. When we would receive our order my fiancé would find only two shrimps in her fried rice and I would receive maybe a single extra chicken slice. We know this because tonight we decided to order without the extra shrimp and chicken and we received the same amount as if we were to order with the extra shrimp and chicken.
The quality of the food has dipped significantly. I can't give the Thai Kitchen (Bangkok Cafe) any issues with consistency, because it's been consistently below average.
An order of below average Pad See Eew and St. Louis fried rice will cost you $20 each. This cost almost $50 after tax, which I could have gone to a different thai joint and paid 12 dollars for double the food and triple the flavor.
Incredibly disappointed by this restaurant. I'd be confident to say buying extra of anything is a scam from this place. Don't buy any extra it's a waste of money.

The food itself was your classic pad Thai and really nothing extra. It was exactly what we were looking for.
We ordered the Pad Thai with Tofu and asked for additional chicken. Due to the limitations in size of packaging I'm actually not sure we got more food. It seems like some of the chicken ended up replacing some of the tofu in order to have enough space in the container. The serving was large enough for two moderately hungry adults to split. Not bad."

These drinks are a few ounces smaller than other places. The milk teas I've had from Joy Full House use a syrup for the brown sugar tapioca pearls that is much sweeter than other TIGER MILK TEA and Brown Sugar Fresh Milk sellers. The contrast between that flavor and the milk base is what I like best. Joy Full House is my #1 go to for boba teas."
