--They gave me a little packet of mediocre sriracha hot sauce (nasty), instead of their amazing red chili oil.
-They did provide a slim packet of soy sauce, I don't mind because I didn't ask for it. Last time I paid for extra and got squat.
I will make a note on my brain not to order again. Don't waste your money! Their food was far better in person - this is not worth all the $$$.

"Its simply an understatement to say the food is simply delicious. As a Uyghur living in bay, this is the only place whose food reminds me of home. "My first try of Mrs.Khan Uygher Cuisine, and among the best of many meals I've ordered for DoorDash delivery. The thick chewy noodles and cauliflower were both prepared to their (separate) optimum and unifor textures. The sauce with the cauliflower was wonderfully flavorful, and the slices of dried red peppers allowed the diner to select an appropriate heat level. The vegetables wth the noodles (leaks and unmentionmed bell peppers) were also well prepared, while the beef was mostly tender (I found a couple of small bits inedible) an well-seasoned. "Took a chance and tried this nice establishment, as we were in the mood for some righteous Chow Mein and Chow Fun.
It's hard to find proper Cantonese versions of both. Chow Mein is normally merely passable, with the horrid lo mein noodles raking up space in my gullet.
I was pleasantly surprised by the "craftsmanship" of both. very "wok-hei" when it arrived. Flavor was nostalgic, of SF Chinatown and the old-time Bay Area style of cooking .
The veggies were not my fave, stringy and a bit chewy, but that's ok. I just ate more noodles.
Sometimes I judge a Chinese restaurant by their tomato egg over rice dish. Not bad. A little salty, but it's ok, I just ate more noodles.
