"I frequently overnight in Winchester on my travels and have eaten at quite a few local restaurants. Cafe del Sol is always a winner! Starting off a meal with their crisp GARDEN SALAD, with it's ample portion, is consistently refreshing. The KID SPAGHETTI is delicious! May I suggest you add an adult entree of this? The Tiramisu Shooter and the Strawberry Tres Leches Shooter were so tasty and a great way to finish the meal. The veggie burrito was a absolute unit—big and flavorful, and didn’t fall apart like the relationship I had before the Corn on a Stick. Also, the guacamole: MWAH. Chef's kiss. No tomatillos or fillers—just avocado, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro bliss. But... let's talk about salsa, baby. Something wasn't quite right. It was too floral with an unusual peppery kick. Indian spices, perhaps? It was tasty, but I am a mexican food purist and the only ingredients that belong in salsa are tomatoes, chiles de Arbol, garlic, cilantro, salt, and jalapeno. Even so, I give this place 9.5/10 and will definitely be ordering again."
