Nachos- described as having multiple toppings, came without any. I took the food back to the restaurant and they argued with me for several minutes before offering to fix it... not sure why we couldn't have skipped the arguing part. I explained I wanted the toppings listed in the description of what I ordered except jalapeños... they gave me a new one with topping and lots of jalapeños. I give up. Veggies in the pollo loco didn't have any seasoning, even s+p. So.. if you order $7 nachos... just know it will not have any toppings despite saying it will.

I was quite disappointed with the portion of rice I received. It was very small and didn’t feel worth the price. For what I paid, I expected a more reasonable serving.
