"I have a personal tradition of ordering the Double-Glazed Baby Back Ribs on national holiday events. I have been ordering them for every Memorial Day and the Fourth of July for years. I even perfected WHEN to order them. You have to order them before they open, otherwise you get ribs that have been sitting on the grill long enough to turn into jerky.
These ribs have always been excellent tasting,(with the Asian Chili BBQ sauce of course). Taste has never been an issue. They always pulled apart easily,. until this time.
These ribs were so tuff,(how tuff were they?); that I had to resort to using a steak knife. After getting a bone free, I couldn't chew the meat. I chewed and chewed and chewed to no avail. The meat would not break down to the point where I could swallow it. So I did the only logical thing that one could do and spit it out and tried another bite. I did this for every bite until I got half way through the last half slab,(I ordered two slabs) and gave up"

"First the bad: I ordered the Bar-B-Q Rib (4) and the Che Che Beef (4) and didn't care for either one. The ribs were weird. The beef was not chewable, so I spit it out rather than swallow it. The beef was also good in places, (tender enough to be chewable and swallow) but most of it was like beef jerky.
