"I ordered the steak quesadillas expecting something hot, fresh, and flavorful, but what I got was a complete disappointment from start to finish. First of all, the steak barely existed. There were only a few tiny, dry pieces scattered inside, and most of the quesadilla was just empty tortilla and greasy cheese. The meat itself tasted old and rubbery, like it had been sitting around all day instead of being freshly cooked.
The tortilla was another problem. It was either overcooked or left out too long because it was hard, stiff, and burnt in some spots, yet somehow still greasy at the same time. When I tried to pick it up, it cracked instead of folding, and the oil soaked through the paper almost instantly. A quesadilla is supposed to be soft, warm, and easy to eat—this was none of that.
The cheese wasn’t even melted properly. Some parts were cold and clumped together, while other parts were just oily and dripping. There was no balance at all. On top of that, the seasoning was way off."
