"Chicken Croquettes are huge! The breading still had some crispness, which I wasn't sure it would as delivery. They are filled with seasoned shredded chicken and topped with gravy. The mashed potatoes were delicious & as someone who loves gravy, I could have used a little more, but that is just my personal preference. The fries were also still crispy & tasted great with the gravy. Quesadillas are also very good. I was surprised they didn't come with sour cream and salsa, but I had some at home. The little side of lettuce, tomato and cheese is a nice addition. Overall, I will order again and plan on having leftovers 🙂"

"If you enjoy SOS (my dad was in the Navy and it was a staple when I grew up) then this is truly a perfect version. They clearly rinse/soak the beef so it isn't overly salty. Excellent. "We wanted to like this place, especially under new ownership, but our first experience will definitely be our last. The $19 "American Breakfast" was missing half the items, but the bigger problem is what they did send: overcooked pancakes, a giant heap of unseasoned home fries, and scrambled eggs with no discernible flavor. At that price point for what is essentially pancakes/eggs/potatoes, you expect something decent or flavorful, but it was stunningly bland. They also didn't read the notes for one item and sent another giant heap of unseasoned homefries, and somehow there was chocolate on the outside of the container for the chocolate pancakes. I'd love to know how that happened. Ultimately, it's overpriced and underdelivers. There are so many other great options in this area, and you're better off going to one of them."

"First time ordering from this place. Oh boy were those "hot" wings hot!!! Scoville had them at 100,000 on the score card!! They were so hot the container melted by the time they arrived.
The wings were amazing though. The container wasn't. This restaurants one downfall, is that its primary name and product is a hot wing and the extra sides of blue cheese are in a container the size of a half dollar and about as thin as one. So order 20 (kidding, but not) I ordered 4 sides for a wing order of 15 and didn't even come close to having enough. I'm one of those guys that likes to dip my wings into the blue cheese. They're cheapskates when it comes to those.
The Mac & Cheese was actually a winner. Had several different cheese flavors. Impressive!

The fried pickles were bland and tasteless, the tater tots were greasy, and the cookie skillet was very underwhelming. Costing almost $100 for a dinner for 3 people, this was absolutely awful and overpriced. Not to mention they forgot the child's meal drink."

"Our first time trying this restaurant and we were not impressed. It took over an hour for the Dasher to be handed our food when we were quoted a 30 minute wait. We ordered multiple California Rolls and multiple Shrimp Tempura Rolls, as we had a bunch of people at our home for dinner. Instead of packaging them as individual servings, they crammed the orders into a single order container. The sushi was smushed, some upside down and was falling apart due to how they packaged it. I called the store to share this feedback and see how they could rectify and their only response was "next time we'll package it better." It was comparable to what you would get at your local grocery store except we spent over $100. So disappointing. There are too many good sushi spots around to give this restaurant a 2nd try. "

Even if you're not a "tenders" person (I'm not), I've come to prefer them.

The quality & consistency *does* reflect in the price, but it's still "fast food" and shouldn't cost *more* than eating at a "mid", but fresh restaurant.
But PLEASE make some more reasonably priced family packs OR run promos OR have rewards like "$X Reward once you spend $X over time" like other places do.
Overall, highly recommend to anyone wanting a complete meal that reheats nicely over and over, but has a variety of healthier sides (cole slaw, bean dish, green beans) but also classics like the dirty rice, m&c, mashed pots, fries, tots, etc.

At least use sturdier packaging for Doordash orders, since most are being dropped off on wet doorsteps and/or in inclimate weather.
There were plastic bags around my order, but the bottom of the family pack sizes almost ALWAYS disintegrate before you even get done eating bc the chicken & biscuits are just loose in the box, steam up being bagged, & then drench the thin cardboard of the boxes.
I'm guessing that's how it's served in-store & is fine for that, but it doesn't work well for takeout. You HAVE to transport all of your chicken & biscuits into your own storage containers immediately, which is redundant & inconvenient given convenience is the point of both Doordash AND "fast food". 🤷🏻♀️

"I've never had Bojangles am not at all a fast food person. I tried Popeyes twice in our area and both times it was disgusting. I used to like KFC (mostly for the sides) but haven't been to one in years, so I figured it would be fun to order a family pack with just white meat. I got the tenders and the classic fried chicken. It was AMAZING.
My teen HATES fried chicken (which is why I got the tenders), but he actually ate some and came back for more.
I wanted to try all the sides without altering them and was really impressed with the stuff I thought I'd like the least.
The rice is DELICIOUS with just enough flavor. The green beans were good, but I could have used a little less "smokey" flavor. Still great. Cole slaw was excellent (I'm VERY picky about Cole slaw and only like the shredded) and tasted homemade.
I'm not a biscuit person, but my son is and he ate them like crazy. I had a couple and was shocked I enjoyed them.
The only big disappointment was the mashed potatoes. They were very thin, runny, and flavorless. I tried the white gravy (for the first time in my life) and won't be doing that again.
The potatoes should be thick & fluffy. We threw ours away.
If there was a brown gravy option, I might try them again in case I just got unlucky, but the gravy was flavorless & runny, too.
I had to get some beverages because we were low and the prices are outrageous on their drinks. The prices overall are probably "reasonable" given how large the big family packs are, but I still had to add extra sides, so I paid over $100.00 and there's only 2 of us.
BUT.
A hungry, picky 18 y/o teen boy and I were able to get 3 meals out of it. Full meals. The chicken even heated up well in the oven (usually the breading would get soggy) and was high quality.
Everything tasted so...fresh. Nothing like Popeyes and I think I'm sold that it's better than the best KFC, too.
But skip the mashed potatoes and try the rice, biscuits, green beans, or mac & cheese instead!
