They sliced the quesadilla and stacked the pieces on top of eachother in a paper box (like a paper sandwich box) and the condensation soaked into the tortilla. I really like they always include a little baggy of fresh cut limes, radishes and cucumbers. The perfect fresh accoutrement for the rich deliciousness of their tacos.
I will say, don't order their beans, it's a styrofoam container of disaster. The beans were exploded all over my order and they have a terrible texture and they're packaged poorly... Honestly can't justify their prices. It's tasty and I like to support local but 25 bucks for a handful of French fries and half a handful of carne asada thrown in top isn't gonna fly in this economy. Their quesadillas while great, are also insanely expensive and have gotten smaller the last year or so."
