They sliced the quesadilla and stacked the pieces on top of eachother in a paper box (like a paper sandwich box) and the condensation soaked into the tortilla. To top it off the consommé was really delicious and they were really generous with the portions (big cups of consommé). I will say, don't order their beans, it's a styrofoam container of disaster. The beans were exploded all over my order and they have a terrible texture and they're packaged poorly... The beef taco was awesome, I could taste the smokiness in the shredded beef and the salsa made it rock. The flauta was also extra large with the same shredded beef. The chips were perfect to scoop up the pork chunks in the chili verde, so tender and tasty, my mouth is on fire. Holy cow! This was a lot of food. Instead of honey they provided maple syrup. Not what I was expecting. Despite the syrup, this was a five star!
