"This restaurant normally has very good food. The Denver Omelet is typically almost bursting out of the takeout container. This omelet seemed quite flat, and if it was made with three eggs they were smaller eggs. Also not much cheese in the middle, could barely taste it. I many times request a small fruit salad in place of home fry potatoes as a healthier option (I am Type 2 D). Mind you, these sides are 71 cents apart on their menu, although they said it would be $2.00 on past orders. This charge comes through as an extra $2.22 for some reason, and on this particular order they added $4.45 to my order. I had a three hour meeting to attend and could not call the restaurant right away, so Door Dash support refunded me the difference."

"I will say that this review is for a redelivery after a disappointing experience, but this delivery was much more on par with the local Applebees I'm used to. I like this place. It's predictable in a good way. It's familiar and consistent, the atmosphere is friendly and cozy esp for a chain, the value is good if you order from the deals (ultimate trio is an 11/10 smash for value alone, 2 for $25 is also very good). I can't say I feel the same about regular pricing but the variety of options within a given deal is usually good enough. This delivery was excellent. Packaged with care doesn't cover it---everything was present, correct, appetizing in appearance, delicious.
