Here's why, this is not roasted chicken, it's boiled or steamed, premade and in need of seasoning , texture is a thing for me and it's the reason why I got a salad from a restaurant and not from grocery store or food chain, to avoid that gummy texture. Dressing has more of a honey mustard taste to it which is not what's expected but it looks made in house which I can appreciate.
Lettuce and other ingredients do feel, look and taste very fresh so points for that, I don't usually order from here. I would try the cafe again based on the portion being accurately represented in the picture, freshness and care put into the item packaging."
