"This place consistently has delicious Korean food and side dishes. The Slide Pork Hocks/切片猪肘 is actually the best one I've ever had from any restaurant or Korean market - it's seasoned to perfection and is extremely delicious and flavourful and melts in your mouth. It comes with a spicy dipping sauce which enhances the flavour, but because it's seasoned and cooked so well, it tastes amazing on its own too. I can't wait to order this again.
