"1. Poached eggs are miniature... slightly larger than a toonie. I have never seen eggs that small.
2. "Strawberry dream" was supposed to be strawberry sauce, strawberries, white chocolate and possibly another item I forgot (I phoned and asked because the description is not on the menu). There are 14 slices of strawberry. No sign of chocolate. A piece of paper was on top of the pancakes... much of the sauce is on that. The sauces should have been packaged separately.
3. The bottom of a pancake has burn dots all over it.
4. Tiny amount of Hollandaise for $4.00. Anything in a container this size should be less than $1.00.
5. Food is cold. Again, better packaging is required.
6. I paid extra for toast (one small slice for $3.00) and Hollandaise.
7. Overall, terrible value. Seems the restaurant staff take no pride in their work (although this could come from management).
Total price with taxes, service charges and tip was over $40. Outrageous."

The whipped cream on the outside is airy and not very sweet (compliment), the cake is light and soft, the raspberry cream inside the roll adds a gentle tart kick that is delicate enough to not overpower the rest of the components but is just enough to add that much needed oomph. The cake itself is fairly large but because of the lightness of it, you might need more to satisfy someone with a crazy sweet tooth. I really appreciate when the dasher uses the insulated bag , even in summer , because this food tastes best when it's still hot. If it gets cold ( which can happen quickly ) it really just isn't as good and doesn't really heat up well.
I noticed the straw hole for the drink lid was completely sealed . This is great so it doesn't spill on route but you may have to take it off and use some scissors or a knife to open it up .
One small thing I noticed is I couldn't see how to request ketchup packets , or packages of vinegar , salt or pepper . Not sure if I just missed it or if it's not an option ?
