"Lamb Chop Protein Plate was good overall, although I know it would have been perfect if I was at the restaurant. The food arrived hot/very warm -- I ordered the lamb chops medium rare so they would arrive medium (carryover cooking) and that happened. The meat was tender. I was sort of expecting a sear on the surface but maybe that softened en route. The lemon asparagus was crisp which I loved. They use thin asparagus. The mashed potatoes were also delicious and rustic with some small potato chunks which is how I make mine (I like them toothsome).
