The potato cakes were gummy and also lacked flavor. Lastly, the drink was a little bland or flat and I did not finish it as well. This experience was highly unusual and very disappointing, as Arby's has always been known for their freshness and choice meats. Perhaps it was just this particular Arby's. But unfortunately for me, I won't take the risk with any other location."
