"I usually don't leave bad reviews but this was an awful experience. The salad pictured was nothing like the salad I received. For the nearly $15 price I was surprised that the bowl was barely half full. The tomatoes were pale and tasteless, the bacon crumbles were half soggy. There was plenty of avocado but it was all lumped together in a big chunk that I had to pick apart. My daughter's Avocado BLT sandwich was the same - soggy bacon and a huge lump of avocado right in the middle. The bread surrounding it was dry because everything was plopped in the center, which fell out onto her plate and had to be scooped back onto the bread. This was a $15 sandwich! The Southwest Chipotle bowl tasted okay but was small portioned for the price.
Paid nearly $50 total for our order, not including dasher tip (Dasher was wonderful, no complaints there) for an absolutely unsatisfying experience.

The $19 "American Breakfast" was missing half the items, but the bigger problem is what they did send: overcooked pancakes, a giant heap of unseasoned home fries, and scrambled eggs with no discernible flavor. At that price point for what is essentially pancakes/eggs/potatoes, you expect something decent or flavorful, but it was stunningly bland. They also didn't read the notes for one item and sent another giant heap of unseasoned homefries, and somehow there was chocolate on the outside of the container for the chocolate pancakes. I'd love to know how that happened. Ultimately, it's overpriced and underdelivers. There are so many other great options in this area, and you're better off going to one of them."
