Sometimes they're out of everything. This store does not offer substitutions, so you don't even realize that you're not getting what you ordered until it doesn't show up. For example, my order today was for a Chocolate Cream Donut, 2 Chocolate Croissant,2 Caramel Apple Pie, and Fudge Brownie. I received two caramel apple pies and the fudge brownie, but no donut and no croissants and no explanation as to why. I understand that they don't owe me an explanation. It would be nice if there was a way that they could let the customer know that half their order was going to be missing. "I usually don't leave bad reviews but this was an awful experience. The salad pictured was nothing like the salad I received. For the nearly $15 price I was surprised that the bowl was barely half full. The tomatoes were pale and tasteless, the bacon crumbles were half soggy. There was plenty of avocado but it was all lumped together in a big chunk that I had to pick apart. My daughter's Avocado BLT sandwich was the same - soggy bacon and a huge lump of avocado right in the middle. The bread surrounding it was dry because everything was plopped in the center, which fell out onto her plate and had to be scooped back onto the bread. This was a $15 sandwich! The Southwest Chipotle bowl tasted okay but was small portioned for the price.
