So im trying to figure out why iwaited so long for a meal that has obviously been done for a very long time. Im not even going to start on the fries. I pay for a large and get a half of order(box was only half full) and the small fry that came with the combo had like 5 fries in it. I used to love KFC but they have lost my service due to the fact they dont care about their quality of service and food. What ever happened to customer service. It does not end after you put the order in and pay. They should want all customers happy with the quality of food and the quality of service. "
