Eat them same day! It's hard to find a sweet large dinner roll like this! Some of the sauces leaked out of the packaging.
I was pretty sure the fried roll with the meal was pork only (I purposely clicked the description or I would have opted out) but turns out it had shrimp in it! Thankfully I don't have an allergy but I recommend cutting into your roll first and confirming there isn't any shrimp if you have a seafood allergy.

If you're used to American Chinese food, then know that this will be much different; it's not a particularly crispy dish and the flavor profile is quite traditional. Expect it to be very heavy on the msg. I was pleased at the inclusion of Sichuan peppercorns, which add an upfront and unique dimension to this dish. The aromatics were a little overdone, but I can excuse that. The Wok Hei alone is evidence that this establishment employs highly skilled chefs. Overall, it's a diverse assortment of quality spices and flavors (some imported) which justifies the price. I wish it had more heat, but that's just my taste lol. Comes with rice."

"The Steamed Chicken Dumplings (7) were the best I've found in a while, I've been searching for good dumplings! The Shanghai Jumbo Wonton Soup was pretty good, lots of wontons! The House Lo Mein was what I've been looking for as well, finally a good thick noodle and not spaghetti. The egg roll was also good, not just full of vegetables, actual meat and it was thick. Finally the Crispy Sweet & Sour Chicken (Lunch Special) was pretty good, nothing crazy special but the sauce itself was really good. "I ordered the No. 18. Orange Chicken, which was very good but did not taste like orange. It tasted more like honey glazed chicken.
Many of the chicken pieces were still crispy. Others were soaking in the sauce.
For the money, both compartments within the container should be filled with fried rice, rather than one. The rice was flavorful...plain fried rice.
The portion size of chicken was very good; generous portion. Food tasted fresh and I would try this place again; would order again (something different).
The sauce was sweet ....but the orange flavor was not present. This needs improvement to truly hit the mark of calling it No. 18. Orange Chicken.
The egg roll inside of the styrofoam container, which came with the combo meal ....ended up being soggy, not crispy, because it was not packaged by itself, rather, it was included in the same styrofoam container as the meal itself.
- Egg rolls should always be packaged separately so they stay crispy. This egg roll did not have a lot of flavor going on with it. Needs improvement.
Overall the No. 18. Orange Chicken was tender and tasty. Just wasn't orange flavored; was honey flavored instead. No utensils included. The order should be secured better so no one can tamper with the food. It came in a plastic bag just tied off ....but not stapled."
