Although, they do add cilantro to it, so if you don't like that then request it without it. the vada pav was good although I would get it without the chili crisps as they tastes bitter in the sandwich. however, I loved the red sauce that came with it. it was sweet and savory and went really well together. If you're used to American Chinese food, then know that this will be much different; it's not a particularly crispy dish and the flavor profile is quite traditional. Expect it to be very heavy on the msg. I was pleased at the inclusion of Sichuan peppercorns, which add an upfront and unique dimension to this dish. The aromatics were a little overdone, but I can excuse that. The Wok Hei alone is evidence that this establishment employs highly skilled chefs. "If you like spicy chicken sandwiches then you have found the holy grail. Incredibly juicy chicken breast with the perfect amount of breading. Not over breaded like Popeyes and not under breaded like Chic-Fil-a.
The spice level is subjective, I usually opt for hot but if I want some heat I will go with extra hot. If you have a lower tolerance, go with medium and below.
French fries are solid too, shake shack style crinkle-cut but with better seasoning and a bit more crispy. Dip the fries or the sandwich in "Dave's Special Sauce" if you want to help cool things down and it tastes good too.
If it's your first time, I recommend going in person as the wait with DD will probably have the food soggy by the time it hits your doorstep and leave a bad first impression. The take-out containers are not vented so all the moisture given off from the hot food gets trapped. Don't be surprised if you get there and see a line out the door! That's normal and it moves fast. "

"Most of the fresh ingredients were fresh, hummus is great... but at $16.75 for a chicken greek gyro bowl and the toppings when I received it with minimal dried and pounded (thinned) out chicken in it, and they count out EXACTLY the number of olives, tablespoon of feta, beet slices etc in every bowl, I can get much better quality and quantity at that price! Will not be ordering from again and will be paying half this for 3x the amount down the street that 2 can share. They may be good for dining in-person (or better with gyros?) since your there as they make it but I've yet to try that method."
