They said "weird, it's not done yet. Let me check." Another 15 minutes goes by...still nothing. Etc etc. It was 45 minutes after our first pickup time before it was ready. Staff was apologetic, which I do respect and we were given a free soda as an apology. They were understaffed and unorganized. The food was yummy and we had no complaints there. Fries and chicken yummy. Grilled cheese burrito crisp and hot and gooey with cheese. Plenty of food for our family of four."

"BWW in Twin Falls Idaho sucks! I have tried at least 4 times in the last 5 years and every time I try it, I am disappointed. This was my last straw. I ordered food through door dash, and I ordered 15 wings for $21, with a $7 side salad and a chicken wrap for $14. So it came out to $42 not including fees, delivery and tip. I asked for no onions or tomatoes on the salad, they still put them on the salad. The lettuce was all wilted and old and was barely filled up halfway in the container. Both ranch dressings were halfway full. My chicken wrap had 2 pieces of lettuce in it and the side was falling apart, it was literally just a tortilla shell with cheese and 4 tiny pieces of chicken in it, not to mention they way over seasoned the tots, which made them inedible. I also had to pay $1 more to uogradethek to the tots and they only put like 15 in the container. For $42, for 3 things and the food was incorrect and disgusting… not worth it, never going back! Such a waste of hard earned money. It’s like people don’t care anymore about quality. The only good part about the experience, was my kind door dash girl Amanda! "

They charge by topping. They also put the wrong topping on the wrong side. However even without the ham and the topping on the wrong side, the pizza still tasted pretty dang good. The toppings were fresh and good quality. The cannoli was super tiny and very average tasting. I wouldn't waste your money on a cannoli. DoorDash gave me my money back for the missing ham. "I saw the Mega Pop on the menu before and wanted to try to see what it was so I could let people know.
The Mega Pop is a BIIIIIIG version of the Cupbop; you select 3 entrees and thus you can figure it's about 50% bigger than the Cupbop itself. This mirrors the size of the container. For contrast, the Cupbop container lids have a "inner circle" that's larger and raised like a lego peg; the standard cupbop fits right over the inner raised circle of the Mega Pop.
As for the food, it was standard Cupbop goodness. My favorite proteins are Rock (but watch the calories), Krunch (breaded and delish) and Beef (an upsell but very flavorful).
Either way a huge meal for us OMAD guys. This is my new go to "I just don't want to cook" meal, I hope it's not a limited time deal like the rumors say."
