The other restaurants, food doesn’t have the flavor Liange’s, food had. It was very favorable and I believed they use all fresh vegetables. I say that because of the taste. Not greasy and the spring rolls didn’t have a thick coat of dough. They use a thinner dough in order to enjoy the fresh vegetables inside. Most Chinese restaurants have a thick doughy wrapping on their spring rolls. You don’t taste the vegetables, you’re eating mostly dough. Not Liange’s, they use a thinner dough and lots of fresh vegetables. The Moo Shu, was delicious. Cooked perfectly, lots of vegetables and chicken and the container that it came in was full.
