"The chicken in the Chicken Parmesan and Tuscan chicken sandwich were very rubbery. There was no flavor to the food. The Tuscan chicken sandwich fell apart when I picked it up, bread splitting in half. Usually the food we get there is delicious but this time it was highly disappointing. The Dasher also had to wait 20 minutes because and our order took an hour and a half from the time we ordered to when it got to our door. She said the restaurant was working on orders for dine-in customers first and the place wasn't that busy. They said the order wasn't confirmed, which is confusing because I've never heard of that before nor had any issues when ordering on door dash. "

"Sweet crunch is wonderful every single time I get it. Top quality and cooked two perfection every time I have never been disappointed. I had never tried the bow buns before and they're absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend specially if you're not used to Korean food same thing with the Bulgogi fries delicious. First time getting the Earl Grey tea and the little seaweed things… Both delicious I cannot recommend them enough."

"I want to start by giving credit where it’s due, because we wouldn’t be repeat customers if we didn’t love parts of this place.
DO NOT order the Wagyu meatballs for delivery. There isn’t an option to post photos, but if there were, you’d see the meatballs are about the size of a ketchup packet—tiny. The flavor is good, but holy cow… $15 for this?! Shame on us for trying it twice via delivery. We hoped the first time was a fluke. Nope. Toddler-sized portion coming right up.
Ending on a positive—because I always try to—we keep coming back because I love the tuna, and my husband is obsessed with the chicken sandwich. That said, the price or the portion on the Wagyu meatballs desperately needs to be adjusted… or at least make them look more presentable to distract from the fact that a $15 side is shockingly small.
