Vegas roll is deep fried and the oil tasted old and the salmon didn't taste fresh either so I couldn't finish it. They use the dyed pink ginger instead of the white. I would definitely recommend going to an authentic sushi place if you're looking for quality and the rolls are cheaper as well."
