"Ordered bag of burgers and fries with Cherry shake. Bag of burgers is advertised with a bunch of fry sauce in the picture. Didn't received the sauce, which made eating the two lbs of fries tough. The burgers weren't great either. They make them almost sound like sliders(they are 1/8lb patties), but they are full sized burgers. Each burger had a slice of unmelted processed cheese and a ton of lettuce, not very good. The other burgers on the menu look like they use real cheese, but I'm going to guess this isn't the case? Was pumped up for the cherry shake, but this also didn't arrive. Had to request a refund online. Getting down the burgers and fries with out a shake was really tough. Can't recommend, granted I did order it later in the evening. "

"portions were more than enough. the rest left something to be desired. This was not the "Bob's burgers and brew" I remember. They are capable of greatness. first the sandwich was a light light wheat roll I think( definitely did not seem to be white). JoJo's were cooked just enough that they were hot just not crispy and really no color. food was soggy, parchment paper would have been an easy fix. the moisture was so bad that the container kind of fell apart with a little weight.
