Fortunately, they followed the instructions I left with them and everything was perfect! I ordered the Burrito Chipotle (this was the 2nd time I had ordered this from El Mirador. The first time I ordered it (while dinning at the restaurant with family), it was way too spicy for me due to the Chipotle sauce they put on top of the burrito. They took the Burrito back and made a new one the exact same, but instead of putting the Chipotle sauce on top, they covered the top of the Burrito with some kind of white cheese (it was melted over the top). The portions were smaller, I had the encilada Enchiladas Suizas, my kid had the Enchi A La Cremaladas, there's had no cream, & mine usually has lots of sauce barely had any & the rice was kinda bland.
