"Something has been going on with our orders lately from Cheesecake Factory. For about the past week or two in general the food has not been prepared as good as usual. Skimping on Sauces on appetizers and dinners, something's burnt or just the opposite...undercooked. Also on this order in particular the sauce and pasta completely different than usual. On the Pasta da Vinci the sauce was a dark brown and tasted awful. Normally it's a light beige color and creamy. The FIRE-ROASTED ARTICHOKE needs more butter sauce drizzled on it... last couple times it's way too dry. Those are just a couple examples. Hope things start to improve soon because we usually order from here very often. The drink was even only about 1/2 full."

"Initially I gave 4 stars because of the brownie being nasty, but I've reordered a few times without the brownie and decided to raise it to 5 for your nondoordashlike consistency. Their wings are great. Their fries are very good and you get a lot of them. Their drinks are good. The brownie is still nasty but that's fairly insignificant. I asked for extra seasoning on the fries, but it seems like there was barely any. The ranch tasted really mayonaisey, like it wasn't mixed all the way. So I'm disappointed this time."

On the downside, I found the mac & cheese a very small portion for $4.50 and it was without much flavour and the noodles extremely soft, to the point of dissolving to the touch. Everything arrived cold, and the so-called Boneless wings were 4/5 breading and 1/5 chicken. They were hard and tasted stale, inedible. I wound up throwing them all away. Those were the worst I have ever had.
The potato "wedges" were so small and thin, they were completely crispy.
