"The food was so good yesterday that I ordered it again today but the pieces of steak beef or smaller than yesterday and over cooked. I wasn't satisfied with the portion amount of beef that I got this time. The owner was very accommodating and gave me extra pepper Cheaneys and add cucumbers to my salad and no feta cheese as requested. And gave me a side of dressing that I was a really appreciative of.
When you order for the second time you expect to get the same results. You except to get the same portions of meat we know that the pieces of meat or not always going to be the same exact size but you never want less. I don't live in this area but if I return I will definitely still consider ordering from this Restaurant I just need to communicate that I need bigger pieces of meat and not over cooked. I think the price for the large chicken salad is a Stealer deal. "

"OMG...I ordered Breakfast Burrito and Breakfast Waffle. Can I just say, It was the BEST damn Breakfast Burrito and Breakfast Waffle I've ever had since moving to Valencia from Sherman Oaks. I've been sooo disappointed more than happy with the local food orders. BUT THE PLACE #1‼️💯❗️. THEY protected my food, by taping my bag closed!! THANK YOU, for that, very much appreciated. most places put your food in a bag wide open, no protection at all. I was apprehensive so that I why I ordered 2 things because again I'm always more disappointed than happy when I order. The food was warm, tasty and absolutely delicious 😋. I swear I was in food heaven for 15 minutes. EVERYTHING I ordered was Damn Good.
This place now have a long term supporter and customers. Will order my Breakfast from them moving forward and I use Door Dash, far too often but I use them ALOT. Only a handful of times have I truly been Happy AND Satisfied with the food in the last 2 years of testing out ALL of the local restaurants.

Jalapenos mashed *into* nutella, eggs slathered in nutella - along with old soggy strawberries. Past orders have been good. Called them about it. No resolution. Other eateries allow you to add to the order knowing you're adding to the order, not intending to receive a mushed up mess. "

"Carl's Jr food in general has been falling in quality for years. I worked at a Carl's Jr restaurant in Ventura in the early 1980s, and the food was excellent at that time, but the company was still owned by the Karcher family, so that would probably be one reason why the food was superior. These days the buns are rather tasteless, and tend to absorb the sauces and flatten out. The lettuce lacks texture, and is better suited for floral arrangements than hamburgers. I am really disappointed in what has become of a once top notch fast-food restaurant. "
