The mozzarella Mozalla Sticks (5) are so bland and have 0 flavor and the cheese is like one thick blob of flavorless cheese fried. The chicken sandwich is by far the worst thing on the menu because it smells a little off and it had literally 0 flavor and i got medium spice level. Its not even spicy at all. The smash burger was better but still very mid. Fries came soggy, with little to no flavor of course and honestly this gave me a headache. Im writing this not to hate but to help better the food quality as it really hurts me to the core i spent 40$ on this and i couldve got something else. Please be ware of my review as you buy this because it is not as good as it looks. The sauce also is mid its nothing special. Please do better yoyo chicken. Would not order again"

"Spicy chicken review. I'm not from the Philippines, so I don't have any particular nostalgic feeling for Jollibee. I recently had their spicy chicken for the first time. Giving it five stars because it was definitely tasty, and had a beautiful crunch. The size was also decent—the pieces weren't tiny at all. The spice level was okay. You won't find it spicy if you enjoy authentic Thai food. The spicy chicken from Popeyes packs a little more heat than Jollibee. The spicy chicken from Bon Chon makes the Jollibee one appear super mild by comparison. Taki's chips are spicier. Most jalapeno chips are spicier too. But again, still giving it five stars because it was still delicious, even though it wasn't spicy for my south Asian tastebuds—but it was excellent quality. All that said, I don't think I will order from here again anytime soon, and the reason is solely because of the price-per-piece. Most other fried chicken places offer way better value.
