"I have lived near this location for 30 years. I used to come to this IHOP with my grandparents. It has been consistently going downhill in the last few years and I food I was delivered today was a horrible disappointment. I just spent 5 days in the hospital and thought I would make things a bit easier on myself with a good breakfast. The container of "fresh seasonal fruit" looked unappetizing and the container was barely half-full. I'm afraid to eat it. It was not worth the amount of money charged. That container should have been FULL. The scrambled eggs in the combo were overcooked. The crepes were limp and had 4 pieces strawberry. I haven't eaten them. The food arrived lukewarm, but I know this is not the fault of the Dasher. I have called in a carryout order a few months ago and had to wait 45 minutes to receive it because all the meal components could not be finished together for some reason and my food sat under a heat lamp (it was an omelet/pancake combo). I want at the very least a partial refund for my meal. I will make a complaint to corporate and contact the State of Florida. There are too many excellent restaurants in Vero Beach to get gorgeous, delicious breakfasts for the money I just spent. "
