The absolute best and a shout out to Autumn the general manager who always get my order perfect. Their blueberry muffins are awesome!!

Bacon tasted like old grease, was barely toasted even though selected "double toasted". Paid for double cream cheese and it was barely any on. My previous order was perfect, thus one must have been made by someone who really hates their job.

Ordered Everything bagel with Honey Almond also hash Browns . When I received my order the Hash browns were stuck together. I opened the packaging for my bagel . It was a plain bagel hard as a rock with plain cream cheese ! Not what I ordered . I did get a bagel refund. Called the manager who was helpful . Very Disappointed though .

I just tried Brooklyn Water Bagels last week for the 1st time, and I'll never eat bagels from anywhere else again. The Asiago Bagel is, in my opinion is simply Amazing...

This was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I got a large Cubsta coffee and an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and I was blown away within that first bite. That's how a real bagel should taste. The coffee was phenomenal as well, I really love how they don't use water for their ice cubes, they actually use frozen coffee so the drink never gets watered down! I will definitely be ordering from here again!
