The meat tasted smoky like it was cooked on a grill and it was well flavored and well cooked. The pho broth was delicious and not at all sweet as can be the case in some pho places. I would absolutely recommend it and would eat here again. The only thing that might bother others was the seafood included Krab but it was fine with me. It also included fish, calamari and shrimp. All of it just cooked. "
