Beef and Vegetable Chow Mein 菜远牛肉炒面 because you get plentiful, big, tender pieces of Beef and lots of bok choy, and the noodles are the right amount of sauced (not too much sauce and not too dry)! "Jade Fountain knocks it out of the park again. The chicken chop suey had a spicy kick on every piece, the pork was sweet and sticky but the bready held up under the sauce so there was still a lot of crunch and crisp, and the beef and broccoli is still our kids favourite.
