Chinese food, or the American variety is quite possibly my favorite food. Back home in the Midwest, I have tried countless restaurants and found some favorites along the way (one of which I've been going to for over 20 years). The pancake wasn't crispy, and in fact it was so unfinished that it had to be eaten with a knife and fork because it was so soggy and flaccid that the slices kept falling apart when I tried to hold it with my fingers. If the dish had been given the time to cook that it needed, it would've been good albeit expensive at $20.
The golbangee muchim was okay. The scallions weren't julienned and were soggy and floppy due to being uncut. I there was some sort of other non-traditional floppy greenery in the dish that I also didn't care for, maybe it was some sort of diced cabbage? It wasn't kimchi. I would've preferred a more traditional recipe without it as the leftovers were even less ideal from it"
