At that price point for what is essentially pancakes/eggs/potatoes, you expect something decent or flavorful, but it was stunningly bland. They also didn't read the notes for one item and sent another giant heap of unseasoned homefries, and somehow there was chocolate on the outside of the container for the chocolate pancakes. I'd love to know how that happened. Ultimately, it's overpriced and underdelivers. There are so many other great options in this area, and you're better off going to one of them."

"The lattes were shipped to me with parchment paper under the lid to prevent leaking and it was genius, everything got to me in tact! The mochi pancakes are mini, but definitely larger than expected and surprisingly filling. The lattes also tasted nice and smooth, not too sweet but just sweet enough to bring some well rounded softness to the espresso. As always, everything arrived soft and clearly fresh. Since the Willow grove location opened, I have another I can visit without having to go out of the way, so of course I'll keep ordering again."
"employees were very kind and nice over the phone when letting me know they didn't have the donut I ordered. instead they gave me the pistachio Mont Blanc Pastry. that's about the only thing positive that I have to say. the Mont Blanc Pastry was incredibly dry, no buttery flavor, the cream inside was nice.
the Twist Donut had no flavor other than the oil it was fried in, and was a little soggy. only had a bite, was too oily.
the Ham&Cheese Croissant wasn't provided, just a regular croissant. the plain croissant was just okay, on the dry side but not awful.
the Portuguese Egg Tart was the only good thing I had. very tasty, nice smooth custard and flaky pastry, the bottom was nice and crisp too."

"The time got away from us and we didn't make reservations. Much to our happy surprise, one of our favorite restaurants was an option on DoorDash! Their steaks just melt in your mouth.
