"Perkins has always been my go to for breakfast. However, over the past few months the quality has diminished drastically. Hash browns were overcooked, hard/crunchy, and tasted burnt. Shredded cheese on top cold and not even have begun to melt. In fact, the whole meal was cold and it's quite ironic considering how close I live to them.
