"Food was HOT on arrival and whoever packed the meal not only did so with care but with forethought to what was being packed. The order came with coleslaw, and I'm sure I'm not the only person who doesn't like hot coleslaw but somehow, consistently it gets packed between the hot sides which ends up making it hot. When I tell you I almost danced a jig when I spotted the coleslaw on top instead of buried on bottom or middle between both hot sides where it would inevitably also get hot.... it was so nice eating COLD coleslaw!!! ❤️ The portions are also great and they didn't give me those little sad tenders that no one wants to eat. These were ACTUAL tenders, proper size, and not so drowned in breading that you have a mouth full of it but no real chicken. The batter to chicken ratio was perfect. The rest of everything on this order was so on point I ain't even trying to sweat someone over some sauce. I have bbq sauce, mustard, ranch etc in my fridge. It's fine. Besides that, I'm so use to anything ordered delivery from any of the third party apps like door dash, Postmates, UberEATS etc being so subpar and underwhelming because they know there's no real recourse for the customer that it's literally shameful. "First time ordering from here. Not bad but still room for improvement. For the Philly steak combo, sandwich was a bit greasy and meat was unseasoned. Same goes for the Double cheeseburger combo but only for the unseasoned part. I understand being considerate of medical issues like high blood pressure but i think you should be able to know how to at least LIGHTLY salt your food enough so that it can have some flavor and nobody gets hurt. If the restaurant sees this, I recommend going for low/no sodium seasonings. I love potato wedges but they needed an extra minute. One thing I will say though is that the prices of these meals were the best. I hope they don't change too much. I hope this restaurant continues to improve."
