"I was pretty disappointed with my order. I paid $3.40 for a side of fried shrimp because the menu photo clearly showed four pieces of shrimp. Instead, I only received one piece. This wasn’t the “add a piece” option from the combo menu—it was a separate side order that I specifically purchased because I expected to get extra shrimp.
To make matters worse, my total order came out to almost $50, so I was surprised that the restaurant wasn’t willing to make things right over something as small as two or three additional pieces of shrimp. When I brought the issue to their attention, they simply told me there was nothing they could do. They didn’t offer an explanation, a refund, or any effort to compensate me for what appeared to be a misleading menu photo.
For a customer spending nearly $50, I would have expected better customer service. Providing the missing two or three small pieces of shrimp would have been a simple way to resolve the issue and leave a good impression. Instead, I was left feeling misled and disappointed. I hope they update their menu photos so future customers know exactly what they’re ordering."

"Wings--The McDucc sauce is sooooo good. Some might think the wings are small, but that's cuz there is no breading on them and they are from normal sized chickens lol - not some pumped up jack-chicken. I thought the portion was great. It came with bread and I also ordered a tomato soup on the side for $3. I also ordered two sides, the brussel sprouts and potatoes, which were tasty, but I felt were a little pricey for their portion. I counted 10 potatoes in my container (which was the same size as the soup container), so I didn't feel that or the brussel sprouts were entirely worth the price.
