The food was really poor quality! The shrimps were all burnt. I ordered a mango smoothie, what they sent has no semblance with the picture on the menu (see picture). It tasted like slushy than a smoothie.

We live a block away and waited for 25 minutes to walk over (when the app said it would be ready), only to wait another 20 minutes to pick up. They did not put the pepper jack I requested (and paid more for) on my burger. We were trying to use some door dash credits up so while we typically order direct we don't feel like we should be penalized for ordering not on their website by extreme delays.
