They use a paper, thin slice of grilled cheese as the shell and I love the flavor. The sad news is I've heard that they are filing for bankruptcy as a chain. The à la carte salmon missed the mark. It was a scrawny piece of salmon and it was badly burnt.
We were also surprised by the hummus and tzatziki sides, each priced at $10.99. Both were about half the size they used to be, and noticeably smaller than what other restaurants offer at the same price.
Overall, still good food, though the salmon and reduced side portions were a disappointment."
