For me, cabbage is more than just a garnish on a fish taco. That crisp, fresh texture adds contrast to the grilled fish, while the vibrant purple cabbage brings a visual appeal that makes the taco look as good as it tastes. It’s one of those signature elements that helps complete the experience.
Honestly, I expected a place like Fourtunas to pay attention to a detail like that. The tacos were good enough to stand on their own, but adding some fresh purple cabbage would have taken them from good to complete—both in flavor and presentation."
