Popeyes is far better quality, freshness and flavor. It's unfortunate however that since Popeyes has updated their look and rebuilt a lot of their stores, the quality has not remained consistent. For example, I always loved the spicy chicken sandwich. But the last several times I've had it, it wasn't as good. I've seen where they barely put any sauce on it (spicy mayo) and I've gotten it where it looks like it was stepped on before they wrapped it and sent it out. Lately it seems like their sandwiches are microwaved or something. Not as good as it always was. I'll still order from them from time to time but it's no longer a go to for me."

I got the large catch with headless shrimp, corn, potatoes, a lobster tail, and Dungeness crab. After a little delivery snafoo where it was left inside my neighbor's home. I finally got to sit down and open it up. I was quickly pretty sad.
In general, everything was overcooked especially the corn and the potatoes. The corn mushy and the potatoes also mushy and not "snappy". The crab itself was good, sweet but the sauce was very watery? Idk why and lacking garlic or Cajun flavor. The shrimp also overcooked. I had to clean the lobster tail myself (see photo) which if anybody knows the black tube down the back is the poop shoot and if you just say "eff it" and eat it, it's sandy and gritty.
For the $130 price point, I would have higher expectations for quality, cleanliness, and flavor and this place was just not it."

Bacon Stack patties were extremely overcooked and turned to a rubbery texture. It was inedible.
Cheesesteak was completely drenched, and I mean drenched, in the aioli. It was to the point where the bread was so soggy I littrally was able to squeeze moisture out of it. It seriously seemed like the entire sandwich was dunked in a pot of this aioli. It was also inedible.
Fred's Fries were OK. only complaint is that they were mostly less than 1" long pieces of Fries only. But they were cooked great and tasted good.
Garlic Fries were just Fred's Fries with a huge pile of raw garlic dumped on top. Inedible due to all the garlic.
Will never order this again. I've given these Wonder Restaurants enough chances to know that they are completely hit or miss. 0 consistency from a place that's literally meant to be nothing but consistent. Very disappointing."
