"This was my first time trying anything from the Avalon, I was not disappointed. My order consisted of a 14" pepperoni pizza and house salad. My salad was so fresh, delicious, and the dressing was amazing. "This place is good 100%. Just a 2 Gripes. The Margherita pizza tasted fantastic 100% but the dough was about a half inch to 3/4" thick. So I tasted more dough than my toppings. when I did taste the toppings, it was great. the sauce is nice and sweet, the tomatoes were sliced thin, the cheese was crisp yet had a pull still. The pesto was good too. just need that dough a bit thinner and I think this would be a 10/10. My only other complaint is if im spending $15 on calamari, id expect more than just a small handful of it. it tasted great as well and the cocktail sauce it came with tasted good as well.
